ClimateGate - Climate center's server hacked revealing documents and emails

It looks like some Russian hackers may have broke in and gathered some emails that spell out some nefarious activities at the Climate Research Unit, University of East Anglia, This unit supposedly is a major player in the debate for supporting Global Warming (I won't use climate change which is a natural, earthly process). Interesting read that is getting a lot of very liberal minded individuals second guessing over at reddit.com:

EPA Endagerment Finding - Constitutional Run-Around
If it isn't bad enough trying to keep our eye on the Administration violating the Constitution through Environmental Globalization, now we have the EPA operating autonomously. The debate is over as far as they're concerned and the march is on. Here's what the AP just reported.
WASHINGTON – The Environmental Protection Agency has concluded greenhouse gases are endangering people's health and must be regulated, signaling that the Obama administration is prepared to contain global warming without congressional action if necessary.
EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson scheduled a news conference for later Monday to announce the so-called endangerment finding, officials told The Associated Press, speaking privately because the announcement had not been made.
The finding is timed to boost the administration's arguments at an international climate conference — opening Monday — that the United States is aggressively taking actions to combat global warming, even though Congress has yet to act on climate legislation.

Talk about going rogue! Another emergency declaration and another federal entity claiming authority over....well, everything. They know if our climate data is investigated and found to be part and parcel to the lack of scientific integrity found in UK climate officials, the gig is up. They will have little is any supporting evidence and further driven their public credibility out of sight.
The people will revolt if the feds continue to push this after exposing the deception. We can't let them base ANY decisions on existing data until FULLY VERIFIED. The EPA is preparing to take unprecedented action, through changes to the 1970 Clean Air Act (EPA-HQ-OAR-2009-0517), that would preemptively administer Cap & Trade without congressional approval.
Make sure you understand what's happening here. A federal agency is acting on the wishes (agenda) of Obama without actually being ordered to do so. Where does it end. This is bad news!
BEWARE! Be on the look out for similar ambitions permeating municipal government through your Community Development Department. Make sure you understand the "conditions" associated with local grants.
