Rhode Island
Our friends to the south in Rhode Island have found a state rep to sponsor our TAR. He is having a lawyer review it first. He is concerned with creating another committee and would like that segment removed. The committee would vet all legislation against the state constitution. Of course this committee would supposedly be a redundant one whereas this is one of the responsibilities of the existing committees. I think it would be a firm reminder that we want even greater constitutional scrutiny with ALL proposed legislation.
Looks good to me
However, I think that in line III, a change should be made in wordage. It should change from "...justly usurp..." to "...unjustly usurp...". No body or entity can "justly usurp" sovereignty, not in this context, anyway.
Dan's Change
Dan, I agree and then we are ready to go.
Just right
Not too cold, not too hot.
