Lobby Bomb to save the Constitution

On 1-11-11 we begin again.

The MassLPA is teaming up with the John Birch Society in Massachusetts to save our Constitution. JBS has effectively rescinded Article V resolutions from ten states and New Hampshire is poised to rescind theirs.

Article V resolutions are submitted through state legislatures and can sit on the books forever, leaving the door open for constitutional convention. JBS killed an attempt to a call for a con-con back in the mid 90's because they knew that anything can happen during a con-con, even scrapping and rewriting our constitution altogether. We cannot allow this to happen especially with the congress that sits in DC right now. Some will tell you that a con-con is a good thing because we can repeal the 14^th,16^th and/or the 17^th amendments. Don't believe it. These can be done without a con-con without the danger of a widespread assault on our bill of rights.

We have scheduled Tuesday January 11, 2011 for a day of "Instructing our Employees" at the Massachusetts State House. We will be meetings at Nurses Hall starting at 10:00 AM and will attempt to visit each and every state senator and state rep with copies of the resolution calling for the repeal of all of Massachusetts' calls for a federal Con-Con (at least 14), a CD and DVD entitled "Beware of an Article V Convention,:" and the article "Dangers of a Constitutional Convention." This material will be on hand but I have attached the PDF of the resolution and the article. You are encouraged to watch the above mentioned video which is on Youtube or posted on the Facebook page Stop the Constitutional Convention.

Please let us know if you can be there and the time that you will be available. If you cannot be available, please pledge to call you state rep and senator the day after to follow-up on our visits. And, please don't wait until January 11th to communicate with your state officials. You are urged to visit or contact then m in your district ASAP. We can be sure that the enemies of the U.S. Constitution have already done so.

Senator Hedlund of Weymouth has pledged to sponsor the resolution. We are looking for co-sponsors in the Senate and sponsors in the House. When you visit them, please stick to the issue, and remember, this isn't a Left-Right issue. A Democrat House and Senate rescinded New Hampshire's calls earlier this year.

Con-Con Issue

I think the reason, noone is really responding is because, what we have now is not our original U.S.Constitution, anyway. So, why would we try to save what is really not our original one? Here is a paper that LB Bork did on the Con-Con a couple of years ago. This should help explain things better. I know it did for me. Those that created/installed the 14th Amendment are robbers of the highest kind. They are a de facto Congress, we need to reclaim our original U.S. Constitution, which goes back to repealing the 14th Amendment and starting over from there. THis is where our Founding Father's organic form of government was stolen from us. We have been duped/bamboozled/sentuptheriverwithoutapaddle, ever since. We need to reclaim what has been stolen from us. Have you read the Red Amendment? It is a great place to start in learning our true laws and history, that they stole all of that too. Dirty rotten bastards that they are.

I understand that we have been duped. The constitution has been subverted.

Most people are totally unaware of this, but there is a thing called "popular sentiment" that plays a role here.

Reality often times is merely perception from a personal view point.

If the masses think that we have a constitution to protect us from our government, then this is the sentiment we play on.

We save the remnant of the divine law and and promote and preserve this sacred document at every turn. Turn off, Drop out and Give up is not the mantra of this freedom movement, but get involed, get activated and get 'er done must be our new motto.

I thought I saw you at the statehouse helping us fight the pandemic bill.

We killed it, now how does that feel?
