Czech Republic Refuses Baxter Swine Flu Vaccine as its not safe

Government health officials in the Czech Republic have refused to buy H1N1 flu vaccines from US pharmaceutical firm Baxter International, citing safety concerns.

According to a report by the Czech News Agency CTK, one of the largest English language news outlets in the country, the Czech Health Ministry has halted talks with Baxter citing "the firm's inability to guarantee that the vaccine is safe and who will bear the risks for possible side-effects."

As we have previously noted, Baxter has a very recent and most disturbing connection to flu vaccines and the Czech Republic.

As reported by multiple sources last March, including the Times of India, vaccines contaminated with deadly live H5N1 avian flu virus were distributed to 18 countries in December 2008 by a lab at an Austrian branch of Baxter.

Boston Launches Flu Shot Tracking

Using technology originally developed for mass disasters, Boston disease trackers are embarking on a novel experiment - one of the first in the country - aimed at eventually creating a citywide registry of everyone who has had a flu vaccination.

The resulting vaccination map would allow swift intervention in neighborhoods left vulnerable to the fast-moving respiratory illness.

The trial starts this afternoon, when several hundred people are expected to queue up for immunizations at the headquarters of the Boston Public Health Commission. Each of them will get a bracelet printed with a unique identifier code. Information about the vaccine’s recipients, and the shot, will be entered into handheld devices similar to those used by delivery truck drivers.

Infectious disease specialists in Boston and elsewhere predicted that the registry approach could prove even more useful if something more sinister strikes: a bioterrorism attack or the long-feared arrival of a global flu epidemic. In such crises, the registry could be used to track who received a special vaccine or antidote to a deadly germ.

“Anything you can do to better pinpoint who’s vaccinated and who’s not, that’s absolutely vital,” said Michael Osterholm, director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research & Policy at the University of Minnesota. “I wish more cities were doing this kind of thing.”

Boston is believed to be the first city to embrace this particular approach to tracking vaccinations against the seasonal flu, estimated to kill 36,000 people each year in the United States, principally the elderly.

But when Boston bought the monitoring system from a Milwaukee company in 2006, emergency authorities had a far different use in mind: tracking people injured in big fires, plane crashes, or other disasters.

“When there’s a large catastrophic event, people end up in a variety of healthcare facilities,” said Dr. Anita Barry, Boston’s director of communicable disease control. “Of course, their family members and loved ones are trying to find out where they are and how they’re doing.”

To see how well the system would work, emergency crews tested it at the Boston Marathon and the Fourth of July extravaganza on the Esplanade. The trial proved successful.

“If we can make it work in the Boston Marathon medical tent, then you have to think about making it so that it can work in other environments as well - whether it’s a community clinic or a doctor’s office or a flu shot clinic,” said Rich Serino, chief of Boston Emergency Medical Services. Thus, the idea to use the registry as a flu vaccine tracker was born.

Every autumn in medical offices across the country, flu vaccine floods in. The perishable medical product must be delivered to millions in a matter of months.

Keeping track of that cache of vaccine - and which patients are getting it - is a daunting proposition.

In some medical offices, the information is entered into electronic medical records. At Boston’s health department, nurses fill out paper forms.

But there’s never been any way to systematically monitor whether, for example, Dorchester has lower vaccination rates than the North End.

“When you’re working in one clinic, you don’t have a good sense of that,” said Dr. Alfred DeMaria, top disease doctor at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. “But if you’re tracking multiple clinics in real time, you can see where the uptake is better and where it’s less, and then focus on outreach.”

Today’s experiment, which does not require any additional direct spending, is a first step toward that.

When people arrive for their shots, they will get an ID bracelet with a barcode. Next, basic information - name, age, gender, address - will be entered into the patient tracking database. There will be electronic records, too, of who gave the vaccine and whether it was injected into the right arm or the left, and time-stamped for that day.

The resulting trove of data could be used to figure out why some patients had to wait longer than others to be vaccinated. “When all is said and done,” said Jun Davantes, director of product management at EMSystems, the company that makes the technology, “Boston will be able to identify where there are certain bottlenecks in the process and hopefully improve it the next time around.”

Ultimately, city health authorities said, they envision creating a network across the city that would allow public and private providers of flu shots to add data to a registry.

But acknowledging patients’ privacy concerns, officials promised that if a citywide system were implemented, only a limited amount of information would be gathered - all sitting behind an encrypted firewall.

“I have had people say, ‘Oh, that’s so big brother,’ ” said Laura Williams, EMS deputy chief of staff. “But in truth, the unique identifier is unique to the incident. It’s not like you will go to the hospital, and they’ll say, ‘You’re the one who got the flu vaccine at 10 o’clock yesterday at the Boston Public Health Commission.’ ”

An outbreak of swine flu occurred in Mexico this spring that eventually affected 4,910 Mexican citizens and resulted in 85 deaths. By the time it spread to the United States, the virus caused only mild cases of flu-like illness.

Thanks to air travel and the failure of public health officials to control travel from Mexico, the virus spread worldwide. Despite predictions of massive numbers of deaths and the arrival of doomsday, the virus has remained a relatively mild disease, something we know happens each year with flu epidemics.

Worldwide, there have only been 311 deaths out of 70,893 cases of swine flu. In the United States, 27,717 cases have resulted in 127 deaths. Every death is a tragedy, but such a low death rate should not be the basis of a draconian government policy.

It is helpful to recall that the Centers for Disease Control with the collusion of the media, constantly tell us that 36,000 people die from the flu each year, a figure that has been shown to be a lie. In this case, we are talking about 300 plus deaths for the entire world.

This virus continues to be an enigma for virologists. In the April 30, 2009 issue of Nature, a virologist was quoted as saying,“Where the hell it got all these genes from we don’t know.” Extensive analysis of the virus found that it contained the original 1918 H1N1 flu virus, the avian flu virus (bird flu), and two new H3N2 virus genes from Eurasia. Debate continues over the possibility that swine flu is a genetically engineered virus.

Naturally, vaccine manufacturers have been in a competitive battle to produce the first vaccine. The main contenders have been Baxter Pharmaceuticals and Novartis Pharmaceuticals, the latter of which recently acquired the scandal-ridden Chiron vaccine company. Both of these companies have had agreements with the World Health Organization to produce a pandemic vaccine.

The Baxter vaccine, called Celvapan, has had fast track approval. It uses a new vero cell technology, which utilizes cultured cells from the African green monkey. This same animal tissue transmits a number of vaccine-contaminating viruses, including the HIV virus.

The Baxter company has been associated with two deadly scandals. The first event occurred in 2006 when hemophiliac components were contaminated with HIV virus and injected in tens of thousands of people, including thousands of children. Baxter continued to release the HIV contaminated vaccine even after the contamination was known.

The second event occurred recently when it was discovered that Baxter had released a seasonal flu vaccine containing the bird flu virus, which would have produced a real world pandemic, to 18 countries. Fortunately, astute lab workers in the Czech Republic discovered the deadly combination and blew the whistle before a worldwide disaster was unleashed.

Despite these two deadly events, WHO maintains an agreement with Baxter Pharmaceuticals to produce the world’s pandemic vaccine. Novartis, the second contender, also has an agreement with WHO for a pandemic vaccine. Novartis appears to have won the contract, since their vaccine is near completion. What is terrifying is that these pandemic vaccines contain ingredients, called immune adjuvants that a number of studies have shown cause devastating autoimmune disorders, including rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis and lupus.

Animal studies using this adjuvant have found them to be deadly. A study using 14 guinea pigs found that when they were injected with the special adjuvant, only one animal survived. A repeat of the study found the same deadly outcome.

So, what is this deadly ingredient? It is called squalene, a type of oil. The Chiron company, maker of the deadly anthrax vaccine, makes an adjuvant called MF-59 which contains two main ingredients of concern—squalene and gp120. A number of studies have shown that squalene can trigger all of the above-mentioned autoimmune diseases when injected.

The MF-59 adjuvant has been used in several vaccines. These vaccines, including tetanus and diphtheria, are the same vaccines frequently associated with adverse reactions.

I reviewed a number of studies on this adjuvant and found something quite interesting. Several studies done on human test subjects found MF-59 to be a very safe immune adjuvant. But when I checked to see who did these studies, I found—to no surprise—that they were done by the Novartis Pharmaceutical Company and Chiron Pharmaceutical Company, which have merged. They were all published in “prestigious” medical journals. Also, to no surprise, a great number of studies done by independent laboratories and research institutions all found a strong link between MF-59 and autoimmune diseases.

Squalene in vaccines has been strongly linked to the Gulf War Syndrome. On August 1991, Anthony Principi, Secretary of Veterans Affairs admitted that soldiers vaccinated with the anthrax vaccine from 1990 to 1991 had an increased risk of 200 percent in developing the deadly disease amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), also called Lou Gehrig’s disease. The soldiers also suffered from a number of debilitating and life-shortening diseases, such as polyarteritis nodosa, multiple sclerosis (MS), lupus, transverse myelitis (a neurological disorder caused by inflammation of the spinal cord), endocarditis (inflammation of the heart’s inner lining), optic neuritis with blindness and glomerulonephritis (a type of kidney disease).

Because squalene, the main ingredient in MF-59, can induce hyperimmune responses and induce autoimmunity, a real danger exists for prolonged activation of the brain’s immune cells, the microglia. This type of prolonged activation has been strongly associated with such diseases as multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, ALS and possibly vaccine-related encephalitis. It has been shown that activation of the systemic immune system, as occurs with vaccination, rapidly activates the brain’s microglia at the same time, and this brain inflammation can persist for long periods.

So, how would the gp120 get into the brain? Studies of other immune adjuvants using careful tracer techniques have shown that they routinely enter the brain following vaccination. What most people do not know, even the doctors who recommend the vaccines, is that most such studies by pharmaceutical companies observe the patients for only one to two weeks following vaccination—these types of reactions may take months or even years to manifest.

It is obvious that the vaccine manufacturers stand to make billions of dollars in profits from this WHO/government-promoted pandemic. Novartis, the maker of the new pandemic vaccine, recently announced that they would not give free vaccines to impoverished nations—everybody pays.

One must keep in mind that once the vaccine is injected, there is little you can do to protect yourself—at least by conventional medicine. It will mean a lifetime of crippling illness and early death.

There are much safer ways to protect oneself from this flu virus, such as higher doses of vitamin D3, selective immune enhancement using supplements, and a good diet.

Today, the MSM are not talking about this case any more. Yesterday, they wanted us to believe that Joseph Moshe was a nutcase and a terrorist, arrested for threatening to bomb the White House. Interesting detail about his arrest (the “Westwood standoff”) was that he seemed to be immune to the 5 cans of tear gas and 5 gallons of law-enforcement grade pepper spray they pumped into his face. He very calmly remained in his car, as the video footage of his arrest shows.

Professor Moshe had called into a live radio show by Dr. A. True Ott, broadcast on Republic Broadcasting claiming to be a microbiologist who wanted to supply evidence to a States Attorney regarding tainted H1N1 Swine flu vaccines being produced by Baxter BioPharma Solutions. He said that Baxter’s Ukrainian lab was in fact producing a bioweapon disguised as a vaccine. He claimed that the vaccine contained an adjuvant (additive) designed to weaken the immune system, and replicated RNA from the virus responsible for the 1918 pandemic Spanish flu, causing global sickness and mass death.

Sources tell us that Bar-Joseph Moshe made no threat against the President or the White House. He did not mention any bomb or attack. He then proceeded to inform the White House he intended to go public with this information. When he noticed men in suits in front of his house and feared that the FBI was about to detain him, he packed some belongings into his car and, him being a dual Israeli citizen, tried to reach the Israeli consulate located in close proximity to the federal building where the standoff took place. The FBI and the bomb squad prevented him from reaching it. Who is this man? His profile on biomedexperts.com says he is a plant disease expert with many publications on his name involving the genetic manipulation of virii. Joseph Moshe was soon after his arrest sent or let go to Israel. Nothing has been heard from him since. The Secret Service was not the agency involved in the surveillance of Moshe at his home in California. This was done by the FBI, who had orders to detain or arrest him. Mounted on top of a large black vehicle used in his arrest was a microwave weapon that possibly damaged the electronics in Moshe’s car as well as any communication devices he had which might have been used to contact the media or others who could help him.

Moshe did not suffer the same effects of the gas and pepper spray that others would have because he had built up an immunity to such weapons as a by-product of his Mossad training. Moshe was not handcuffed because he was not placed under arrest.

Does this sound like an insane conspiracy theory? Sure it does. Due to the scarcity and anonimity of the sources we would dismiss it as exactly that, if it weren’t for some uncomfortable facts: Baxter Pharmaceutical has been caught, red-handed, in spreading a live, genetically engineered H5N1 Bird flu vaccine as a lethal biological weapon all over the world, destined to be used for human vaccinations. This happened just a few months ago. And only luck prevented a global catastrophe of epic proportions.

Baxter International Inc. had mixed live, genetically engineered avian flue viruses in vaccine material shipped to 18 countries. Only by sheer luck, a Czech laboratory decided to test the vaccine on a dozen ferrets, which all died in days. The World Health Organization was notified and catastrophe was averted. This was clearly a deliberate act on Baxter’s part, because they adhere to BS3, bio-safety level three. Baxter admitted a “mistake”. Such monumental screwups are totally impossible at that level. Many safety systems would have needed to be sabotaged, many key personell would have needed to be bribed. It simply can’t be done without direction from the inside. They did not send out the wrong vial – they produced dozens of gallons of biological-weapon agent (genetically engineered live H5N1 / Bird flu virus), then sent it out as a “vaccine”.

Baxter knew full well that their vaccine was lethal, because the year before they had tested it on a few hundred homeless Polish people – dozens died as a result.

Where’s the meat? Well – Baxter is now being sued for the deliberate, repeated contamination of vaccines with biological weapons designed – by them – to mass-murder people. Here is the complaint (PDF). By some kook nutcase? Not likely – Jane Burgermeister is an experienced, respected journalist. She is not the only one suing Baxter for planning and executing a plan for global genocide: Other are filing complaints as well. Read a well-researched complaint here (PDF).

Motive? The latter complaint alludes to it. Have you heard of the Georgia Guidestones? An enormous monument loaded with Masonic symbolism costing millions of dollars, it has been erected by unknown, powerful elites (multimillionaires with the clout to erect monuments wherever they please, obviously) around 30 years ago. It gives an “alternative ten commandments”, of which the first is the extermination of six and a half billion people from the face of the Earth. Half a billion will remain. This is the number of people the planet can sustain indefinitely, so that the descendents of the Rothschilds and Rockefellers can live in peace and affluence indefinitely. Slaves are needed to produce that luxury, but 500 million will do just fine. But how does one go about killing off most of the world?

“Vaccinating” the planet with a bioweapon with near-100% mortality would do the trick. Baxter would provide both the bioweapon as well as the vaccine against it to “civilized” Western peoples. Result: We can plunder Africa, we have no more competition from SE Asia, the oil is for our taking and only Western and perhaps Chinese sheeple remain.

David and Goliath might be an appropriate title for this video. Because Jane Bürgermeister, as a committed Christian, possesses an almost unreasonable amount of courage in her single-handed stand - against what many perceive as being a giant that few people are equipped to fight.

Subject: Letter to the Editor S-2028, Pandemic preparation bill

Arresting people without a warrant. Fines of $1,000 per day. Entering private property without warrants and quarantine people against their will. Involuntary relocation. Sounds like something from Stalin's Russia, Hitler's Germany or Castro's Cuba. No, it is in our own State House. Senate Bill 2028 which already passed the Massachusetts Senate is making its way to the House. Thankfully this draconian bill, that would make any totalitarian blush with pride, is facing plenty of opposition.

Under this bill, writes "Natural News" editor Michael Adams "Massachusetts becomes a medical police state...The citizens of Massachusetts will have no rights, period. The Constitution is ancient history. You are now property of the state." The bill also shields the state and its agents from liability. This bill does allow citizens to refuse the vaccination but those who do can be isolated or quarantined with those who may already be infected the the virus.

An important piece of information revealed at the August 14 Franklin Board of Health meeting was the intention of some local governments, including Franklin, to use the Connect CTY system to disseminate H1N1 vaccine information to local inhabitants during the upcoming H1N1 vaccination program.

The town of Acton's website describes the CTY system as follows:
"The Connect CTY system allows authorized Town officials to create and rapidly disseminate time-sensitive messages to every telephone number stored in the notification database. With the Connect-CTY system, authorized users can send thousands of messages in minutes. Only authorized officials are allowed access to the system."

This is a wonderful communication tool, but only if it is used lawfully, and not merely to push risky vaccines on local populations.
It is the duty of health officials in every municipality to ensure that their authorized CTY users provide information not only about where to receive H1N1 vaccinations, etc., but also to provide vital information regarding the attendant harmful side effects that are likely, historically speaking, to accompany a vaccine that has been rushed through the safety/testing process. Such as what happened in 1976.

Health officials in all 351 cities and towns are therefore legally bound to use their CTY technology -- or whatever communications tools they currently use -- to direct their local inhabitants to independent information sources that provide accurate historical data on the inherent risks associated with vaccines, particularly those like the H1N1 vaccine and the 1976 swine 'flu vaccine, which have not been given adequate time for proper testing.

Any CTY message or town-issued memo regarding the H1N1 vaccine program that fails to include a substantial mention of its inherent health risks will be unlawful and will leave the offending municipality liable for damages.

I appreciate and am a customer of my local farmers market here in Davis Square. I hope you share with me that people have a right to choose organic and natural foods and medicines. This MA law has not passed YET - it has to go back to the state senate before passing but the plan is this will happen within a few weeks. I think this is outrageous. People should have the right to take the vaccine but if the choose not to they should not be penalized. If your organization agrees with this position perhaps they can provide outreach to their customers?

I feel very threatened by the language of this bill. Would the state impose forced vaccinations? Please leave me the choice to protect myself from the flu as I see fit. This is a basic civil liberty. The same exemptions allowed for any other vaccines: religious, philosophical, medical, and the right to self-quarantine should be guaranteed. I feel so strongly that this bill could allow violations of civil liberties that I have sent a copy of this letter along to the Massachusetts chapter of the ACLU for their review.

There is ample evidence to show that any swine flu vaccine would be ineffective at best and harmful or life threatening at worst.

The world research as summarized by the British Medical Journal presents evidence from a systematic review based on a meta-analysis of all the research that shows vaccines have little or no effect on preventing or minimizing the flu. Live virus vaccinations have serious potential side effects, including: death, Guillain-Barre syndrome (a demyelization of the nervous system that can paralyze a person from the neck down), rheumatoid arthritis, a variety of autoimmune diseases, type 1 diabetes, and autism.

The scientific research shows that herd vaccinations (vaccinating over 95% of the population) do not make any difference in protecting the population from the virus and it is scientifically recognized that an attenuated live virus vaccine can be contagious for up to three weeks, which is known as Secondary Transmission. In other words, any reasonable scientific person would conclude that vaccines are neither safe nor effective. The government has made it clear this is the case by not allowing people to make claims against the vaccine companies for the damage that is done. In other words, vaccines are so unsafe that they are not insurable.

CENTER FOR DISEASE CONTROL TO HOST INFORMATION, STRATEGY SESSION
REGARDING H1N1 FLU IN SOMERVILLE

Full-Day Strategy Session to be Held Saturday, August 29th; Members of
the Somerville Community Invited to Attend; $50 Stipend Offered to
Participants

SOMERVILLE - Mayor Joseph A. Curtatone and Somerville Health
Department Director Paulette Renault-Caragianes today announced that
the Center for Disease Control (CDC) has selected Somerville as one of
ten national sites for an H1N1 vaccination strategy and information
session, to take place on Saturday, August 29, 2009 at the Center for
Arts at the Armory, 191 Highland Avenue. The day-long event is open
to the first 100 residents who register, and all pre-registered
participants will receive a $50 stipend for participation in focus
groups throughout the day. Only preregistered participants are
eligible to receive the stipend. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be
provided. Interpretation will be available in Spanish, Portuguese,
Haitian Creole, and American Sign Language for those requesting that
service

A series of ten sessions will be held around the country before Labor
Day, all designed to help state and local health organizations develop
a voluntary fall vaccination program for the H1N1 flu virus. Public
discussion at strategy sessions will focus on the following questions:

* Should the CDC create a mass vaccination program against H1N1?
* What are the particulars of a mass vaccination program?
* How does the federal prioritization guidance (developed for all
scenarios) apply in light of this real outbreak? If there are
elements that don't apply, what's different and why?
* Are there particular/unique strategies that this pandemic will require?.

"In choosing Somerville as one of ten locations around the country for
these public forums, the CDC acknowledged value that the ethnic,
cultural, and economic diversity of our City offers a unique and
important opportunity to gauge the very wide range of views the public
holds around how local, state, and federal public health agencies
should move forward in dealing with H1N1. We look forward to having
the chance to listen to our constituents on this important issue,"
said Renault-Caragianes.

VACCINATION

Chapter 111: Section 181. Enforcement of vaccination of inhabitants of towns

Section 181. Boards of health, if in their opinion it is necessary for public health or safety, shall require and enforce the vaccination and revaccination of all the inhabitants of their towns, and shall provide them with the means of free vaccination. Whoever refuses or neglects to comply with such requirement shall forfeit five dollars.

Some opponents of mandatory vaccinations say the above state law is anti-freedom and must go.
But I say we should cling to this law as jealously as we can, for it may end up helping us stave off state and/or federal vaccination diktats.

While it may seem counter-intuitive that we should embrace a law that allows our local town government to impose such a rule on us, the reality is, we're better off keeping such a dangerous power local.

Why? Because locally is the ONLY place we can realistically hope to STOP bad government policy.

We'd have a much better chance of stopping a locally elected board from forcing a bad vaccine on us than we'd ever have trying to stop some bought-off upper echelon government entity with mult-billion dollar budgets and military-like police forces....who can ram it down everyone's throat across the entire state...or country.

So now is the time to defend a statute that at least recognizes our local sovereignty over this issue.

But we have some educating to do.

My own town health board chairman actually told me today that his power would be gone the moment that some state or federal official(s) called him up and declared that THEIR authority supersedes his.

That's not true. He forgets that our local governments created the state government, which then created the federal government. We are the "parents" in this relationship; they are our children. Therefore, it is we who decide on such grownup issues as whether or not we want mandatory vaccines...or mandatory anything else for that matter.

The time is now to contact our local health commissioners, and provide them as much information as possible about the many dangers of vaccines, particularly the H1N1 vaccine which is being rushed to "market" so hastily, and is being aimed directly at children, pregnant women and young adults. It is time to inform these local officials that THEY are responsible for disseminating to the public ALL of the potential dangers of these shots BEFORE they recommend that a SINGLE inhabitant take it.

We must make clear that they are not somehow relieved of their elected duty to protect our local public health just because some big government bureacrat from the state or federal government claims the right step in and take over.

We must make clear that we will hold THEM accountable if townspeople end up getting harmed by a vaccine, without first having been warned by THEM about EVERY known potential danger and/or side effect of that drug.

And that includes the fact that NO TESTING is even being done to ensure that the RECOMMENDED mixing of H1N1 vaccine with regular flu shots is a safe combination.

So please stand up to S.2028's attempt to crush Chapter 111, Sec 181.
It must REMAIN the duty of LOCAL officials to provide the necessary Informed Consent to keep inhabitants knowledgeable and safe during any/all health emergencies.

And if they neglect to do their jobs, then the town is responsible for any and all damages that result.

At yesterday's Board of Health meeting in Franklin, three letters kept coming up between the board and the hired consultant they brought in to discuss plans for the H1N1 pandemic this fall.

The consultant kept referring to "the MRC" and its "recommendations."

I asked what MRC was, and the consultant told me it was a federal program that was launched shortly after 9-11 to "help America cope with health-related emergencies."

This federal program poses a grave danger to our local sovereignty. We must tell our local health boards and town councils that we do not recognize MRC's "authority" and that we expect them to do their duty of warning the public about the dangers of this hasty vaccination program without interference from this unconstitutional federal program.

Could you please let me know if there is a plan to vaccinate my daughters in the schools this coming fall.
I have attached an informational packet on the Pandemic Preparedness Act (S-2028) passed by the Mass State senate and a government CDC report on the deaths and injuries cause by the vaccines. Also a report by the Toronto Sun on Baxter Pharmaceuticals and the fact that they shipped live avian flu virus in their vaccine material to 18 countries in Europe.
