Hal talks about his work exposing ICLEI the International Council on Local Environmental Initiatives, the UN front group responsable for instituting UN plans at the local level. In fact, since ICLEI's reference to "international" interests resulted in unwanted attention to the UN, they now call themselves "ICLEI-Local Governments for Sustainability."
