RESOURCES FOR THE MASSACHUSETTS PATRIOT

CONTACT YOUR ELECTED OFFICIALS

COMMUNICATION

Simply enter your address and you will be given a list of your representatives. Visit Secretary of the Commonwealth Elections Division.

Efficient communication is a key aspect of any successful movement and it’s no different here. A good first step is to register at MassLPA. Users will automatically receive our informative Newsletter that will be packed with relevant content. Users may unsubscribe at any time.

This spreadsheet has links to your Representative’s website as well as email links. Download & save Mass Rep Spreadsheet.

Online Chat Schedule

MassLPA currently uses a wonderful chat program called Paltalk to host online meetings with our users. PalTalk allows you to text & voice chat, send files, view webcams, watch video, post links and much more. First, download PalTalk for free. Watch the tutorial here. We’ve created two rooms for our users to communicate through.

MassLPA – This room is for general discussion with our District Coordinators and members.

Red Pill Politics – This room is for discussions and ideas that relate to our weekly radio show.

INSTRUCTIONS

Once you’ve downloaded the program, finding our chat room is quite easy.

·         Start PalTalk and close any popups. The free version has an initial popup ad. Then select the “All Rooms” tab on the PalTalkScene window. A new window will open.

·         Then double click the “Social Issues & Politics” category on the left-hand side. Then double click the “Government & Politics” category. Now simply double click on MassLPA or Red Pill Politics from the list of rooms in the right-hand side of the window.

TRACK LEGISLATION

The only way we can hold our elected officials accountable is by watching their every move. As MassLPA’s membership continues to grow and the number of eyes overseeing governments every move multiplies, we propose to generate an instant wave of open descent whenever the Constitution or Bill of Rights is threatened. It’s increasingly rare, but we must be sure to thank those that fight the odds and vote in our best interest too. Although the Massachusetts website is unnecessarily and unjustifiable tedious to navigate, we do have a few online resources to help you keep track of Bills, Committee’s, Legislators and more.

·         GovTrack.us is a great site that allows you to subscribe to a variety of legislative feeds. Imagine how informed you’d be if you set a feed for your Representative or a CongressCritter you don’t like and a notification was sent to your email describing the activity.

·         Thomas.LOC was created in the spirit of President Thomas Jefferson. The 104th Congress in its 1995 ruling, instructed the Library of Congress to make all legislative proceedings a part of the public record. Searches include resolutions, colanders, nominations & treaties. Learn more.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: MassLPA is currently in discussions with our neighbors to the North, in the Free State of New Hampshire, regarding proprietary tracking software. This is going to be awesome! When deployed, this software will immediately recognize introduction or movement of a Bill, assign it to reviewers and allow for prompt comment and scoring. For the first time ever in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, our elected officials will be issued a Liberty Score, based on their performance….or lack thereof. Additionally, media outlets and activated citizens will come here for real-time feedback on the Constitutionality of any piece of legislation. We WILL become the statewide resource for this information.
