Impeachment, Massachusetts Constitution

Impeachment, Mass. Constitution:
PART THE SECOND
The Frame of Government.
Chapter I.
THE LEGISLATIVE POWER.
Chapter I, Section II. The Senate.
Article VIII. The senate shall be a court with full authority to hear and determine all impeachments made by the house of representatives, against any officer or officers of the commonwealth, for misconduct and mal-administration in their offices. But previous to the trial of every impeachment the members of the senate shall respectively be sworn, truly and impartially to try and determine the charge in question, according to evidence. Their judgment, however shall not extend further than to removal from office and disqualification to hold or enjoy any place of honor, trust, or profit, under this commonwealth: but the party so convicted, shall be, nevertheless, liable to indictment, trial, judgment, and punishment, according to the laws of the land.
Chapter I, Section III.

Senator Moore's Impeachment

Hello
I am traveling from West Barnstable and i am interested in helping you on the 12th with signing petitions to impeach the bastard. Please tell me where exactly you are meeting and what would you like me to make for a sign. Is someone going to have the full bill on hand? It's 28 pages. I want to be able to point to the part in the bill that states they may come on your property and quarantine you if they so see fit. Thank you all for pushing this site and for all of your efforts, luckily I just happened to hear you call in on 95.1 today.
Carol

The bill

Yes, I planned on printing out the bill, and putting it into a folder, and highlight all the bad pieces.
I figured people getting to read the actual bill, taken directly from his site, would speak louder then words,

"Don't know much about how it all works, but I do know I don't like how I'm living"
- W.W. Evans Jr., '10 Mayoral Cand. (I)
"When we lose the right to be different, we lose the privilege to be free."
- C. Evans Hughes, 1916 Pres.Nom. (R)

Location of Protest

An error with the banner's location.
Last time I checked, John was getting a permit for the Town Commons.
Will update back asap,

"Don't know much about how it all works, but I do know I don't like how I'm living"
- W.W. Evans Jr., '10 Mayoral Cand. (I)
"When we lose the right to be different, we lose the privilege to be free."
- C. Evans Hughes, 1916 Pres.Nom. (R)

Location p.2

123 Main Street, according to John is an odd location South of the Town Hall or Commons.

John also personally believes that we should put the Protest on a better day. When he gets the free-time to talk, I'm giving him a call.

We are good to go

Right in front of his office.
Perfectly ok,

This man should be run out of office.

Senator Moore has obviously forgotten who he works for. He should be run out of office. If he was in office during the Revolutionary War days he would have been certainly run out of town if not tarred and feathered. His arrogant attitude towards his own constituents and voters who oppose this very bad vaccine law shows he's not representing anybody but the pharmaceutical companies. Get rid of him, protest him out of office.
We put up a YouTube video about this. Check out video
