Benign neglect and voter apathy allowed this buffoon to continue to stay in office year in and year out until he has become so senior that was able to make decisions through his committee governance that led to the housing disaster.

His blind obedience to the Democratic Party and to Bill Clinton brought about the planting of seeds in the 1990’s that yielded this housing kudzu choking vine.

Voters of the 4th bear responsibility for this disaster.

Now do the right thing at the next opportunity and send this man into retirement.

Mr. Franks's arrogance was best demonstrated this last summer when he labeled one of his own constituents as equivalent to a piece of furniture.

Well, that said, I’d rather vote for the piece of furniture.

Mr. Frank’s method of debate and discussion is disruption and diversion.

Don’t let him get away with these tactics.
