The New England War Tax Resistance (NEWTR) deadline for grants to community groups is March 1st.  Grants are made on April 15th.

All three candidates in Connecticut's pugilistic Republican Senate primary field are expected to participate in a televised debate the first week of March, including former World Wrestling Entertainment executive Linda McMahon.

The debate has been tentatively scheduled for March 2 at the University of Hartford and is a collaboration between the Hartford Courant and WTIC-TV Fox 61, according to McMahon's campaign, who said the details are still being hashed out.
