Approved Chaos, Part I: How the WHO is Using the Swine Flu to Hogtie the US

Part I

When President Barack H. Obama signed a national pandemic emergency on Friday, October 24th, 2009, the media barely mentioned that “a declaration of emergency for the H1N1” had been signed. A huge red flag should have gone up: Why was there was no reference to specific act or document? Initially, not even the White House web page had information about the pronouncement. Did Obama’s emergency proclamation, under sections 201 and 301 of the National Emergencies Act, imply that martial law was imminent?[1]

To answer that question, we first must see how the World Health Organization put Obama in such a position. The answer may surprise you.

The Department of Homeland Security(DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency(FEMA), the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Center for Disease Control (CDC) and United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM) will be the focus of a future release of this series called “Approved Chaos” that will answer questions about their status, readiness preparations and participation in the H1N1 emergency including:

What happens when a national emergency is declared?
Who is really in charge?,

and most importantly,
What does this H1N1 emergency mean for me?

Moreover, the media portrays the government as a passive participant in the swine flu pandemic. Digging deeper, it appears there is a much different story. The previous bird flu “pandemic” was, in fact, utilized to clear many legal obstacles in orchestrating the current, coordinated effort to establish global controls.

The WHO Sets Up for Control

In 2005, the threat of a killer avian flu pandemic shouted across the airwaves. The media whipped up a complete hysteria over the H5N1 virus. The Trust for America’s Health (TFAH), funded by the Rockefeller Family Fund was a big player in the frenzy.[2] Specifically, they predicted up to 1 million deaths could be caused by the H5N1 bird flu virus.[3] Remarkably, official WHO reports document that between 2003 and 2009, only 262 people have died worldwide from H5N1 Avian Flu.

The 2005 H5N1 fear tactics worked well. Out of the panic created by TFAH and a long list of similar organizations, the WHO released a global “Pandemic Plan” that was obediently adopted by Americans and the rest of the world. In the United States, the Federal Pandemic Plan was incorporated into what is known as the the National Response Plan, under Homeland Security Presidential Directive 5.

The States Join In

In 2005, following the WHOs lead, the United States released a final draft of a multi-year pandemic planning project. States were required to prepare pandemic plans as a condition of their federal bioterrorism preparedness grants.

A group named Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO) assisted in molding the state response plans. ASTHO’s exclusive list of “Corporate Alliance Partners” includes vaccine manufacturing giants such as GlaxoSmithKline, Merck & Co., Henry Schein, Pfizer, Roche, and Sanofi Pasteur.[5] Their participation in the pandemic planning efforts can be seen in a 2002 document entitled, “NATURE’S TERRORIST ATTACK: PANDEMIC INFLUENZA”. [6]

The State emergency response plans were heavily guided by officials at the CDC and HHS. A comprehensive checklist was spoon-fed to state health officials who were maneuvered into compliance by the Federal “mandate”. The DHS and HHS were instructed to withhold federal grants and monies for public health initiatives if states did not act in accordance with government plans. The word ‘ransom’ should come to mind.

Implications of International Health Regulations

We have now come full circle. All forms of government, federal, state and local, have adopted the World Health Organization ’s Pandemic Standard Operating Procedures. A pandemic plan in itself is not the problem. The issue is understanding the WHO’s incremental power grab via International Health Regulations.

Under the guise of preventing the international spread of disease, the Constitution of the WHO allows the World Health Assembly the authority to adopt regulations they see fit to accomplish the stated goal. By example, six diseases were originally identified by International Health Regulations for quarantine. However, in 1969 this number was reduced to three (yellow fever, plague and cholera). [7] With the current media hype surrounding the 1918 pandemic, it is especially surprising the World Health Organization to not include influenza on this list.

If we fast forward in time, major efforts can be seen to modify the scope of the Regulations from 1995 through May of 2005. On May 23rd the World Health Assembly struck gold. The language in the regulations were unified to include, “any specific disease or manner of transmission, but covering illness or medical condition, irrespective of origin or source, that presents or could present significant harm to humans”. [7] When the entire situation is put into context, the timing of a ‘killer’ bird flu pandemic was impeccable.

The International Health Regulations of 2005 were signed into force and effect in 2007. At that critical point, WHO was given authority to ‘direct’ and ‘govern’ activities “that protect the global community from public health risks and emergencies that cross international borders.” [8] The Director-General of the World Health Organization, Margaret Chan, declared a public health emergency of international concern for the first time under International Health Regulations in April, 2009. [9]

The implications of international health regulations and this emergency declaration are far reaching. International Health Regulations are legally binding agreements for all international members of the WHO. This is a major story ignored by the press and not understood by most citizens. The WHO international health regulations by-pass the checks and balances established by the U.S. Constitution and our Founders. George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and Benjamin Franklin are rolling in their graves.

We have a serious problem as a nation. This scheme was not implemented as the media portrays: benign and harmless. It was devised incrementally by very powerful people with no input from our elected representatives. Never before has there been such an orchestrated effort to give a world organization jurisdiction over our lives in America. The WHO has emerged as the global “H1N1 Mafia” and is accountable to no one.

West Virginia Judge Rules Kids Must Take Swine Flu Jab at School; Doesn’t Matter What Parents Want

A federal district judge has ruled for a West Virginina school district and its officials in a case in which a parent sought to exempt her daughter from mandatory vaccinations for medical and religious reasons.

The ruling earlier this month by U.S. District Judge Joseph R. Goodwin of Charleston, W.Va., is interesting in light of the debate over links between vaccines and autism, as well as public debate over school vaccinations for the H1N1 virus.

The suit was filed by Jennifer Workman, who feared exposing her 6-year-old daughter to mandatory vaccines required for school because the child’s older sister developed developmental disorders that the mother attributes to vaccines. The mother submitted a doctor’s note seeking to exempt the 6-year-old from vaccines, but the Mingo County School District turned down the request on the advice of the West Virginia state health department, according to court documents.

The mother sued the district and its officials, claiming, among other things, that the vaccination requirement violates her First Amendment right to free exercise of religion. The mother’s “Christian Bapticostal religious beliefs require that she honor God by protecting her child from harm and illness, and that immunizing [the 6-year-old] in this instance would violate those sincerely held beliefs,” her suit said.

In his Nov. 3 opinion in Workman v. Mingo County Schools, Judge Goodwin said West Virginia is one of only two states that does not offer religious exemptions for school vaccines. (He doesn’t identify the other state.)

The judge granted summary judgment to the Mingo County school district on 11th Amendment immunity grounds. Unfortunately for the mother, the school district has been under state control since 2005, which means for immunity purposes it is considered an arm of the state, and under the 11th Amendment, the state may not be sued without its consent. (The judge said a regular county school system in West Virginia–one not under state control–would not have such immunity.)

Judge Goodwin did reach the merits of the mother’s constitutional claims with respect to several school official defendants.

“Ms. Workman’s freedom of religion claim fails,” the judge said. “Her beliefs do not exempt her from complying with West Virginia’s mandatory immunization program. It has long been recognized that local authorities may constitutionally mandate vaccinations.”

He cited a 1905 U.S. Supreme Court case, Jacobson v. Massachusetts, and a 1944 decision, Prince v. Massachusetts, as well as a number of lower-court rulings that support the idea that, as the judge put it, “Although most states have chosen to provide a religious exemption from compulsory immunization, a state need not do so.”

Baxter Caught Shipping Vaccines With Live Avian Flu Virus To 18 Countries Worldwide

Czech newspapers are questioning if the shocking discovery of vaccines contaminated with the deadly avian flu virus which were distributed to 18 countries by the American company Baxter were part of a conspiracy to provoke a pandemic.

The claim holds weight because, according to the very laboratory protocols that are routine for vaccine makers, mixing a live virus biological weapon with vaccine material by accident is virtually impossible.

“The company that released contaminated flu virus material from a plant in Austria confirmed Friday that the experimental product contained live H5N1 avian flu viruses,” reports the Canadian Press.

Baxter flu vaccines contaminated with H5N1 - otherwise known as the human form of avian flu, one of the most deadly biological weapons on earth with a 60% kill rate - were received by labs in the Czech Republic, Germany, and Slovenia.

Initially, Baxter attempted to stonewall questions by invoking “trade secrets” and refused to reveal how the vaccines were contaminated with H5N1. After increased pressure they then claimed that pure H5N1 batches were sent by accident. This was seemingly an attempt to quickly change the story and hide the fact that the accidental contamination of a vaccine with a deadly biological agent like avian flu is virtually impossible and the only way it could have happened was by wilful gross criminal negligence.

“Was this just a criminal negligence or it was an attempt to provoke pandemia using vaccination against flu to spread the disease - as happened with the anti-B hepatitis vaccination with vaccines containing the HIV virus in US? - and then cash for the vaccines against H5N1 which Baxter develops? How could on Earth a virus as H5N1 come to the ordinary flu vaccines? Don’t they follow even basic precautions in the american pharma companies?” states the translation.

The fact that Baxter mixed the deadly H5N1 virus with a mix of H3N2 seasonal flu viruses is the smoking gun. The H5N1 virus on its own has killed hundreds of people, but it is less airborne and more restricted in the ease with which it can spread. However, when combined with seasonal flu viruses, which as everyone knows are super-airborne and easily spread, the effect is a potent, super-airbone, super deadly biological weapon.

As the Canadian Press article explains, “While H5N1 doesn’t easily infect people, H3N2 viruses do. If someone exposed to a mixture of the two had been simultaneously infected with both strains, he or she could have served as an incubator for a hybrid virus able to transmit easily to and among people.”

There can be little doubt therefore that this was a deliberate attempt to weaponize the H5N1 virus to its most potent extreme and distribute it via conventional flu vaccines to the population who would then infect others to a devastating degree as the disease went airborne.

The Canadian Press article states, “That mixing process, called reassortment, is one of two ways pandemic viruses are created,” but then claims that there is no evidence that this is what Baxter were doing, despite there being no clear explanation as to why Baxter has samples of the live avian flu virus on its premises in the first place.

However, to reiterate, the key aspect of this story is that it is virtually impossible for live avian flu virus to find its way into a vaccine by “accident”.

As health expert Mike Adams points out, “The shocking answer is that this couldn’t have been an accident. Why? Because Baxter International adheres to something called BSL3 (Biosafety Level 3) - a set of laboratory safety protocols that prevent the cross-contamination of materials.”

As explained on Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biosaf…):

“Laboratory personnel have specific training in handling pathogenic and potentially lethal agents, and are supervised by competent scientists who are experienced in working with these agents. This is considered a neutral or warm zone. All procedures involving the manipulation of infectious materials are conducted within biological safety cabinets or other physical containment devices, or by personnel wearing appropriate personal protective clothing and equipment. The laboratory has special engineering and design features.”

Under the BSL3 code of conduct, it is impossible for live avian flu viruses to contaminate production vaccine materials that are shipped out to vendors around the world.

This leaves only two possibilities that explain these events:

Possibility #1: Baxter isn’t following BSL3 safety guidelines or is so sloppy in following them that it can make monumental mistakes that threaten the safety of the entire human race. And if that’s the case, then why are we injecting our children with vaccines made from Baxter’s materials?

Possibility #2: A rogue employee (or an evil plot from the top management) is present at Baxter, whereby live avian flu viruses were intentionally placed into the vaccine materials in the hope that such materials might be injected into humans and set off a global bird flu pandemic.

Experimentation of human beings is becoming the norm throughout the world by Pharamceuticals companies who hold profits over safety. A recent report in the Telegraph covered the trials in Poland which killed 21 people. The medical staff, from the northern town of Grudziadz, are being investigated over medical trials on as many as 350 homeless and poor people last year, which prosecutors say involved an untried vaccine to the highly-contagious virus.

Authorities claim that the alleged victims received £1-2 to be tested with what they thought was a conventional flu vaccine but, according to investigators, was actually an anti bird-flu drug.

The director of a Grudziadz homeless centre, Mieczyslaw Waclawski, told a Polish newspaper that last year, 21 people from his centre died, a figure well above the average of about eight.

Spreading bird flu would create an instantaneous surge of demand for bird flu vaccines. The profits that vaccine companies such as Baxter International could reap out of such a panic are astronomical.

In addition, as we have previously reported, those that have a stake in the Tamiflu vaccine include top globalists and BIlderberg members like George Shultz, Lodewijk J.R. de Vink and former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld.

Authorities in both Europe and the U.S. have openly detailed plans for martial law, quarantine and internment should a bird flu pandemic occur.

The other motivation, as we have exhaustively documented on this website for years, is the fact that elites throughout history have openly stated that they want to see a world population reduction of around 80 per cent. Shocking stories like this take the plausibility of that narrative out of the realms of conspiracy theory and into the dangerous reality of conspiracy fact.

“Baxter is acting a whole lot like a biological terrorism organization these days, sending deadly viral samples around the world. If you mail an envelope full of anthrax to your Senator, you get arrested as a terrorist. So why is Baxter — which mailed samples of a far more deadly viral strain to labs around the world — getting away with saying, essentially, “Oops?”, Adams concludes.

This is not the first time that vaccine companies have been caught distributing vaccines contaminated with deadly viruses.

In 2006 it was revealed that Bayer Corporation had discovered that their injection drug, which was used by hemophiliacs, was contaminated with the HIV virus. Internal documents prove that after they positively knew that the drug was contaminated, they took it off the U.S. market only to dump it on the European, Asian and Latin American markets, knowingly exposing thousands, most of them children, to the live HIV virus. Government officials in France went to prison for allowing the drug to be distributed. The documents show that the FDA colluded with Bayer to cover-up the scandal and allowed the deadly drug to be distributed globally. No Bayer executives ever faced arrest or prosecution in the United States.

Ten Swine Flu Lies Told by the Mainstream Media

(NaturalNews) The mainstream media is engaged in what we Americans call “bald faced lies” about swine flu. It seems to be true with this issue more than any other, and it became apparent to me recently when a colleague of mine — a nationally-syndicated newspaper columnist — told me their column on natural defenses for swine flu was rejected by newspapers all across the country. Many newspapers refused to run the column and, instead, ran an ad for “free vaccine clinics” in the same space.

The media, it seems, is so deeply in bed with the culture of vaccinations that they will do almost anything to keep the public misinformed. And that includes lying about swine flu vaccines.

There are ten key lies that continue to be told by the mainstream media (MSM) about swine flu and swine flu vaccines.
Lie #1 – There are no adjuvants used in the vaccines

I was recently being interviewed by a major U.S. news network when the reporter interviewing me came up with this humdinger: There are no adjuvants being used in the swine flu vaccines, he said!

I assured him that adjuvants were, indeed, a crucial part of the vaccine recipe, and they were being widely used by drug companies to “stretch” the vaccine supply. It’s no secret. But he insisted he had been directly told by a drug company rep that no adjuvants were being used at all. And he believed them! So everything being published by this large news network about swine flu vaccines now assumes there are no adjuvants in the vaccines at all.
Lie #2 – The swine flu is more dangerous than seasonal flu

This lie is finally starting to unravel. I admit that in the early days of this pandemic, even I was concerned this could be a global killer. But after observing the very mild impact the virus was having on people in the real world, it became obvious that this was a mild flu, no more dangerous than a seasonal flu.

The MSM, however, continues to promote H1N1 swine flu as being super dangerous, driving fear into the minds of people and encouraging them to rush out and get a vaccine shot for a flu that’s really no more likely to kill them than the regular winter sniffles. Sure, the virus could still mutate into something far worse, but if it does that, the current vaccine could be rendered obsolete anyway!
Lie #3 – Vaccines protect you from swine flu

This is the biggest lie of all, and the media pushes it hard. Getting a vaccine, they insist, will protect you from the swine flu. But it’s just flat-out false. Even if the vaccine produces antibodies, that’s not the same thing as real-world immunity from a live virus, especially if the virus mutates (as they often do).

Lie #4 – Vaccines are safe

And how would any journalists actually know this? None of the vaccines have been subjected to real-world testing for any meaningful duration. The “safety” of these vaccines is nothing more than wishful thinking.

Lie #5 – The vaccine isn’t mandatory

You hear this lie all the time: The swine flu vaccine shot is voluntary, they say. But it’s not true if you’re an employee at a place where vaccines are being mandated. Millions of Americans are now being told by their employers that if they don’t get vaccine shots, they will be effectively fired from their jobs. It’s especially true with health care workers, day care employees and school teachers.
Lie #6 – Getting a vaccine shot is a good bet on your health

In reality, a vaccine shot is far more likely to harm you than help you. According to one viral expert, the actual mortality rate of the swine flu virus is estimated to be as low as .007 percent (http://www.reuters.com/article/heal…). That means H1N1 swine flu kills less than one person in 100,000. Even if the vaccine works, let’s say, 10 percent of the time, you’d have to vaccine one million people to prevent one death from swine flu.

And in vaccinating one million people, you would inevitably harm or kill several people, simply from the vaccine side effects! Your net risk of death is increased by getting a swine flu vaccine.
Lie #7 – The vaccine isn’t made with “attenuated live virus”

When the swine flu vaccines were first being announced several months ago, they were described as being made with “attenuated live virus.” This was directly mentioned in CDC documents, among other places.

This term apparently freaked out the American news consumer, and it has since been all but erased from any discussion about vaccines. Now, journalists will actually argue with you and insist the vaccines contain no attenuated live viruses whatsoever.

Except they’re wrong. The vaccines are, indeed, made with “attenuated live viruses.” That’s how you make a vaccine: You take live viruses, then you weaken them (”attenuate”) and inject them into people.
Lie #8 – Wash, wash, wash your hands (to avoid exposure)

This idea of washing your hands a hundred times a day is all based on the assumption that you can avoid exposure to the swine flu virus. But that’s impractical. The virus is now so widespread that virtually everyone is certain to be exposed to it through the air if not other means. This whole idea of avoiding exposure to the swine flu virus is nonsense. The conversation should shift to ways to survive exposure via a healthy immune system.

Of course, hand washing is a very good idea in a hospital setting. Recent news reveals that doctors are too busy to wash their own hands, resulting in the rampant spread of superbugs throughout most large hospitals in first world nations.
Lie #9 – Children are more vulnerable to swine flu than adults

This is just a flat-out lie, but it makes for good vaccine sales. Vaccines are right now being targeted primarily to schoolchildren.

But the truth is that swine flu is extremely mild in children. “It’s mildest in kids,” says Dr Marc Lipsitch of Harvard University. “That’s one of the really good pieces of news in this pandemic.” Reuters actually had the guts to report this story, but most of the larger media outlets are still reporting that children are the most vulnerable.
Lie #10 – There is nothing else you can do beyond a vaccine and Tamiflu

This is where the media lies by omission. The mainstream media absolutely refuses to print just about any story that talks about using vitamin D, anti-viral herbs or natural remedies to protect yourself from swine flu. In the MSM, there are two options and only two: Vaccines and Tamiflu. That’s it. No other options exist in their fictional reality.

Why is the mainstream media so afraid to print the truth these days? Why can’t reporting on swine flu see the light of day… literally, with a mention of sunlight and vitamin D? Apparently, Big Pharma has such a tight grip on mainstream newspapers that no true story on swine flu can ever make it past the editor’s desk.
Killing stories, deceiving the public

It must really be depressing to work for the mainstream media. Even the reporters I know can’t stand it. The truth, they admit, rarely makes it into print.

Over the last few years, I’ve had a couple of job offers from large media outlets. They want to pay me a six-figure salary and stick me behind a desk where they can control what I report. Needless to say, I routinely reject those offers. If I can’t write the truth like I do here on NaturalNews.com, there’s no point writing at all. In too many ways, the mainstream media has become little more than a corporate mouthpiece, whoring itself out to the highest bidder / advertiser.

It’s no fault of the frontline reporters who actually work there. For the most part, they agree with what I’m saying. It’s the fault of the profit-oriented corporate mindset where news is about selling newspapers rather than actually informing the public.

Important news stories get killed every day in the newsrooms across America. They get killed not because they are poorly investigated or poorly written, but because they upset advertisers and corporate string pullers who shape the news and reject any stories that threaten their own financial interests.

Here in 2009, the distorted reporting on the swine flu vaccine has been one of the greatest media frauds ever perpetrated. The media has in every way contributed to the widespread ignorance of the American people on the subject of vitamin D and natural immune-boosting defenses that could reduce swine flu fatalities. Rather than informing readers, the MSM has made it a point to keep the people stupid, and in doing so, the media has failed its only mission and betrayed the very audience is claims to serve.

Police and Military Train To Intern Swine Flu Vaccine Refusniks

police-stateLaw enforcement and military personnel are training to set up checkpoints in order to catch people who refuse to take the swine flu vaccination according to whistle blowers, while health authorities are laying the groundwork for a mass vaccination campaign by warning that serious and potentially deadly health problems will be blamed on the H1N1 vaccine.

In a You Tube video, a woman describing herself as a soldier explains how she was part of a drill in California centered around setting up roadblocks and checkpoints so authorities could check who has received the swine flu vaccine. Those who have had the shots will be fitted with an RFID bracelet so they can be tracked. Those who have not taken the shot will be offered it there and then and if they still refuse, will be carted off to an internment camp, according to the woman.

This individual needs to go public with her full name and position because she will already be known to authorities. By remaining anonymous to the public only, her testimony can be dismissed as just someone ranting on You Tube. However, her statements about tracking people who have taken the vaccine via RFID bracelets is something that has already been beta tested by health authorities.

Former Kansas state trooper Greg Evensen underscored this claim back in July. “Have you been made aware of the massive roadblock plans to stop all travelers for a vaccine bracelet (stainless steel band with a micro-chip on board) that will force you to take the shot?” Evensen wrote on July 29. “Refuse it? You will be placed on a prison bus and taken to a quarantine camp. What will you do when your children are NOT allowed into school without the shot? What will you do when you are not allowed into the workplace without the vaccine paperwork? Buy groceries? Go to the bank? Shop anywhere?? Get on a plane, bus or train? Use the toilet in the mall? Nope. Police officers will become loathed, feared, despised and remembered for their ‘official’ duties.”

Mr. Evensen made the following comment at an event in Texas:

Authorities in Boston have already trialed such technology, with the purpose of creating a “vaccination map” charting which people have taken the vaccine and which have not, or “creating a citywide registry of everyone who has had a flu vaccination,” as a Boston Globe article describes.

Participants were given a bracelet with a unique identifier code, exactly as described in the You Tube clip.

“Infectious disease specialists in Boston and elsewhere predicted that the registry approach could prove even more useful if something more sinister strikes: a bioterrorism attack or the long-feared arrival of a global flu epidemic. In such crises, the registry could be used to track who received a special vaccine or antidote to a deadly germ,” according to the article.

“Anything you can do to better pinpoint who’s vaccinated and who’s not, that’s absolutely vital,” said Michael Osterholm, director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research & Policy at the University of Minnesota. “I wish more cities were doing this kind of thing.”

While governments have publicly backed away from talk of mandatory mass vaccination programs, their actions behind closed doors indicate that they are preparing for a state of medical martial law.

An international swine fu conference held recently in Washington DC and attended by the world’s top health authorities featured workshops on enforced quarantines, mass vaccinations, and how to “control and diffuse social unrest and public disorder.” Individuals who attempted to gain access to the conference representing the media were turned away by officials at the conference.

As we reported earlier this month, a shocking internal document outlines the French government’s plan to impose a mass swine flu vaccination program on the entire population which would be focused around regional vaccination centers and would be carried out by H1N1 injection teams, completely bypassing medical establishments and GP’s.

Legislation has also been passed in the U.S. that would allow state vaccine teams to go door to door to conduction immunization “interventions” and look for people who have not taken the shot.

It is unclear how authorities plan to enforce any such mandatory vaccination campaign, especially in light of anecdotal evidence suggesting that a large majority of the public will refuse to take the shots. Polls taken in the UK indicate that a majority of nurses and other health workers, the primary targets for the first round of vaccinations, will refuse to be vaccinated.

It is likely that threats, intimidation and removal of rights and conveniences will force most holdouts to take the shot. Once governments start imposing quarantines and travel bans on people for not taking the shot, a sizeable number are likely to acquiesce.

Since the dangerous ingredients that will be included in the H1N1 shots became known to the public, opposition to proposed mass vaccination programs has snowballed.

As we have previously documented, the swine flu vaccine was rushed through safety procedures while governments have provided pharmaceutical companies with blanket immunity from lawsuits arriving out of the vaccine causing deaths and injuries.

It was previously revealed that some batches of the vaccine will contain mercury, a toxin linked with autism and neurological disorders. The vaccine will also contain the dangerous ingredient squalene, which has been directly linked with cases of Gulf War Syndrome and a host of other debilitating diseases.

It was also recently reported that the UK government sent a confidential letter to senior neurologists telling them to be on the alert for cases of a brain disorder called Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS), which could be triggered by the vaccine. The CDC in America replicated this warning weeks later.

As a result of the dangers of the vaccine becoming widely known, authorities are moving to get out ahead of the story by acknowledging that millions of health problems in the aftermath of a vaccination campaign will be blamed on the vaccine, citing the 1976 swine flu debacle when the shot proved far deadlier than the actual virus.

Reuters reports that public health officials, “Expect an avalanche of so-called adverse event reports, which are reports of death, illness or other health trauma that occur within two weeks after receiving treatment — in this case, the swine flu vaccine,” in reaction to an estimated “one million heart attacks, 700,000 strokes and 900,000 miscarriages.”

“We are going to be overwhelmed with potential events,” said Mike Osterholm, a public health expert at the University of Minnesota.

By coming out early and claiming that these problems would have occurred without the swine flu vaccine anyway, authorities are creating plausible deniability for when side-effects from the shot begin to appear.

A number of factors now indicate that authorities in both America and Europe are not only preparing mass vaccination programs, but are also training law enforcement and military assets on how to deal with those who refuse to take the shot. Given the fact that around 150 million Americans own guns and would be prepared to use them to defend their families against police and troops forcibly jabbing needles into them, it seems unlikely that health authorities in the U.S. will go down this route. However, by implementing travel bans, school bans and other forms of general quarantine, a good number of those refusniks may eventually be intimidated into taking the dangerous shot.

But a good number of them will stand firm – and that’s probably where the internment camps and martial law will come into play.

Only by diffusing the rampant hype behind the relatively harmless swine flu virus and re-affirming our right to reject enforced medical procedures conducted against our will under the Nuremberg code will the swine flu hoax, which is being used by governments as a smokescreen to accelerate and implement the police state, be defeated.

Nano Particles used in Untested H1N1 Swine Flu Vaccines

green-syringeVaccines which have been approved by the responsible government authorities for vaccination against the alleged H1N1 Influenza A Swine Flu have been found to contain nano particles. Vaccine makers have been experimenting with nanoparticles as a way to “turbo charge” vaccines for several years. Now it has come out that the vaccines approved for use in Germany and other European countries contain nanoparticles in a form that reportedly attacks healthy cells and can be deadly.
In 2007 researchers at the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) announced in an article in the journal, Nature Biotechnology, that they had developed a “nanoparticle that can deliver vaccines more effectively, with fewer side effects, and at a fraction of the cost of current vaccine technologies.” The article went on to describe the effects of their breakthrough: “At a mere 25 nanometers, these particles are so tiny that once injected, they flow through the skin’s extracellular matrix, making a beeline to the lymph nodes. Within minutes, they’ve reached a concentration of DCs thousands of times greater than in the skin. The immune response can then be extremely strong and effective.” 1

There is only one small problem with vaccines containing nanoparticles—they can be deadly and at the least cause severe irreparable health damage.

Nanoparticles, promoted in the mass media as the new wonder revolution of science, are particles that have been produced vastly smaller than deadly asbestos particles which caused severe lung damage and death before being outlawed. Particles at a nano size, (nm = 0,000000001 Meter) fuse together with the membranes of our body cell membranes and, according to recent studies in China and Japan, continuously destroy cells once introduced into the body. Once they interact with the body’s cellular structure, they cannot be removed. Modern medicine euphemistically terms the phenomenon, a continuing infectious reaction.

Since the asbestos scandal, it has been established that particles in size a millionth of a meter, because of their enormous attractive force, penetrate all cells, destroying all those they come into contact with. Nanoparticles are far smaller than asbestos fibers.

Beijing Tests confirm deadly effects on humans

The fact that WHO, the European Medicines Evaluation Agency, the German Robert Koch Institute and other health bodies today would permit the population to be injected with largely untested novel vaccines containing nanoparticles says more about the powerful pharma lobby in Euiropean politics than it does about the sanity or moral integrity of the civil servants responsible for health of the general public.

The September 2009 issue of the respected European Respiratory Journal, made public on 19 August, and available since 21 August online, contains a peer-reviewed article with the title, “Exposure to nanoparticles is related to pleural effusion, pulmonary fibrosis and granuloma.”

The article describes tests carried out in 2008 at the elite Beijing Chaoyang Hospital on seven young women. All seven, ages 18-47 had been exposed to nanoparticles for 5–13 months in their common workplace. All were admitted to the hospital with shortness of breath and pleural effusions, or excessive fluids surrounding the lungs, inhibiting breathing. None of the seven had ever smoked and none were in any special risk group. Doctors carefully tested for every possibility and confirmed that the lung problems had a common origin—regular inhalation of nanoparticles in their factory. They had been exposed to Polyacrylat nanoparticles.

The tests confirmed the nanoparticles had set off a “super-meltdown” reaction in the patients. Despite all heroic efforts of doctors, two of the seven died from the lung complications. 2

In their report, the scientists concluded something so alarming it is necessary to quote at length:

“Immunological tests, examinations of bacteriology, virology and tumour markers, bronchoscopy, internal thoracoscopy and video-assisted thoracic surgery were performed. Surveys of the workplace, clinical observations and examinations of the patients were conducted. Polyacrylate, consisting of nanoparticles, was confirmed in the workplace. Pathological examinations of patients’ lung tissue displayed nonspecific pulmonary inflammation, pulmonary fibrosis and foreign-body granulomas of pleura. Using transmission electron microscopy, nanoparticles were observed to lodge in the cytoplasm and caryoplasm of pulmonary epithelial and mesothelial cells, but are also located in the chest fluid. These cases arouse concern that long-term exposure to some nanoparticles without protective measures may be related to serious damage to human lungs.“3

To date Animal studies and in vitro experiments show that nanoparticles can result in lung damage and other toxicity in animals, but no reports on the clinical toxicity in humans due to nanoparticles prior to the Beijing study had been made.

The Beijing Chaoyang Hospital study has now conclusively confirmed that nanoparticles cause lung damage and other toxicity in humans as well. At this point in time, when two of the approved vaccines planned to be mass distributed in Germany and elsewhere contain nanoparticles, failure of the relevant responsible public health and epidemiology officials to order an immediate emergency freeze on distribution of any vaccine containing nanoparticles can only be considered tantamount to criminal negligence. Hopefully the responsible authorities will react in time to avert a possible human health catastrophe orders of magnitude worse than the worst case of Swine Flu reported to date.

MA Officials Say Forced Injections, Quarantines For “Rapidly Spreading Germ,” But Not Swine Flu

Health authorities in Massachusetts have indicated that they will impose quarantines and mandatory vaccinations in the event of the H1N1 virus mutating into a lethal germ, but that forcible injections are not on the agenda for the swine flu outbreak as it stands.

Concerns about mandatory vaccination programs have been growing worldwide over recent weeks as governments have failed to unequivocally state that the swine flu shot will be voluntary, while ordering enough batches to inoculate their entire population.

These fears have been heightened by warnings from whistle blowers that law enforcement and military officials have been running drills focused around quarantining people who refuse to take the vaccine.

Governments of some European countries, such as Greece, have announced that the H1N1 vaccine will be mandatory, while leaked internal French government documents outline a similar plan for a program of mass vaccination without exception.

In response to pressure from the Liberty Preservation Association of Massachusetts, state officials have been forced to acknowledge that the swine flu shot will not be mandatory, but they did not rule out the prospect of people being forcibly injected or quarantined if the H1N1 virus mutates into a deadlier germ, which many health authorities have all but guaranteed it will.

Massachusetts Public Health Commissioner John Auerbach sent a memo to legislators this week advising them “mandatory vaccination is not and has never been part of the plan or discussion in Massachusetts’ pandemic response.”

However, state legislation passed in April does mandate that people who refuse to follow orders to remain isolated can be hit with a daily fine of $1000 and also face up to a month in jail.

A Boston Globe article also notes that the legislation in place describes “quarantining people who decline inoculations” in the event of a “bioterror attack or the emergence of a highly lethal, rapidly spreading germ.”

So if I am reading the bill correctly, when an "emergency" is declared at the state level your options according to MA state law will be:
1. take the vaccine
2. quarantine
3. penalty: fines and/or imprisonment

My question is:
How is quarantine defined? Or where is it defined? If we self quarantine but don't have supplies and need to leave quarantine I assume we risk penalty.

ATLANTA — The last time the government embarked on a major vaccine campaign against a new swine flu, thousands filed claims contending they suffered side effects from the shots. This time, the government has already taken steps to head that off.

Vaccine makers and federal officials will be immune from lawsuits that result from any new swine flu vaccine, under a document signed by Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius, government health officials said Friday.

Since the 1980s, the government has protected vaccine makers against lawsuits over the use of childhood vaccines. Instead, a federal court handles claims and decides who will be paid from a special fund.

Swine Flu Alert Moves to Highest Stage

On June 11 the World Health Organization (WHO) warned 194 member nations to expect up to 1/3 of the population to be infected with the swine flu. However they also reinforced that this is a mild illness in the majority of cases.

The KEY here is to recognize that absolutely nothing has changed from when I first posted my major update on Swine Flu on April 29 that has now been viewed over one million times.

This promotion to Stage Six is still fear mongering, plain and simple. While it certainly qualifies for a pandemic in the strict definition of the term, they are using that term to instill fear in the population.

All a pandemic implies is that the infection is spread across the world.

It is important to note that even the fear spreading WHO is still stating the disease is mild, and the latest stats support this. As of June 12 only 145 deaths have occurred in the entire world. Mexico has the majority of the deaths at 108 and the US has had 27 deaths.

While any death is tragic, let me put these numbers in perspective for you. If you believe the CDC, 35,000 people die every year in the U.S. alone from the regular flu. That means that in the last six weeks when 27 people died from wine flu, there were over FOUR THOUSAND people who died from the regular flu. That is 150 times as many people dying from regular flu as swine flu.

Time magazine adds to the fear mongering by stating that:

“The last pandemic — the Hong Kong flu of 1968 — killed about 1 million people. Ordinary flu kills about 250,000 to 500,000 people each year.”

If you use those numbers, the statistics for the swine flu are even worse.

Let’s assume the midpoint of 375,000 people die every year from ORDINARY flu. That means that 43,000 people have died from ordinary flu in the last six weeks and only 145 from swine flu. So nearly 300 times more people died from ordinary flu than swine flu, further confirming that swine flu is a relatively MILD disease for the vast majority of people.

The WHO announcement is simply more of the same. NOTHING has changed.

It is no surprise that more people have died or will continue to die. The major point is that this is a mild illness that will have virtually no major impact on death rates. It is not the Flu Pandemic of 1918 that killed 20 million people worldwide.

June 4th - Hey guys, I would just like to say hi and I'm glad I got to meet many of you yesterday at the Statehouse and the Tom Woods event. The whole day was awesome and I'm glad I got to work with you guys. I'm putting the word out on the Campaign for Liberty MA 5th district announcements to get people to join us at the Statehouse and contact their legislators. I'll be there next Tuesday, hopefully with more people, and even if I don't get anyone new I'd like to come and help. I'll come as much as you need me and as much as work lets me. My fiance has a broken foot but as soon as she gets mobile once more we'll have her as well.

What can I do in going to the Statehouse though? I can voice support but if there's anything more I can do let me know. I really care about this and I want to maximize my usefulness.

             We had another productive day lobbying at the Statehouse today with seven activists in tow. We visited three reps with new constituents; spoke with two aids and rep D’Amico from Rehoboth. He was not so concerned with the constitutional violations as he was in defense of the need for a plan in the case of a pandemic. He made reference to the flu pandemic of 1918, where millions died.

Our good Friend Dr. Paul Kenyan responded that the greatest amounts of deaths occurred where the inflicted where using Bayer aspirin to break the fever which caused the virus to metabolize ending in pneumonia causing the vast number of deaths. He went on to explain that the fever is what keeps the virus at bay; the fever is a normal defense mechanism, which fights the growth rate of the virus.

We are also passing out info packets regarding the tenth amendment resolution that was introduced by state rep Jeff Perry. All in all another very productive day on the Hill.

The fact that the enforcement of this radical agenda could actually play itself out is very disturbing indeed...And it is not unforeseeable...

Did you stand in long lines for the vaccine back in the 70’s? I did...I did not know any better & I was in nursing school...Fear is a very manipulating entity & the only thing that can combat it is simple logic so people will believe the real truth; but how do we package  the truth for the scared masses/government officials/ & scared Drs..?

 They have been told a lie for so long they believe it & so did I...The truth is very simple & easy as it is Bio 101 read below... Yes teaching the government officials may help...

There was... this past year ...a school where there were police @ the children’s temporarily setup vaccination clinic in another state.... as many parents opt out of childhood vaccines...Very disconcerting!.. I forget how it played out but I could find out...Just that there were police there is scary...It was not their normal routine...

A little lesson from a local RN if you will bear with me...all backed up by Drs website articles....

I have spoken with Drs (about all vaccines in general) vehemently on either side... Angrily polarized... I mean very angrily...Strong emotions & sentiments & research...Some Drs in our town believe the lies while others do not...The majority will go along with it unfortunately...I have a close Dr friend I am with in a business group every week ; she & her colleagues are against vaccinations; but they are not pediatricians.. How Drs feel about vaccines in general is how they will feel about the vaccine for swine flu if it should come out & be mandatory...They are afraid too...They cannot go against the AMA/FDA either...

Example... When I culture a wound, sputum, or urine for example; the number of organisms & type will vary... There are multiple reasons for this...

What happens when you play the microbiology game: The microorganisms are adjusting to our attacks as they mutate with every antibiotic... I now use multiple antibiotics when I only used one & I have patients with resistances I never saw before of MRSA & VRSA... I went to a symposium by a Brown University team who said we were not winning the war...I wonder why? I know why...When the antibiotics all do not work we will have to finally wake up! One said Giganticillin is on the way... I am not saying the microorganism are getting stronger but just mutating; so don’t be afraid...It is just their nature. The real fear is the manmade combination viruses in laboratories for biological warfare; which nature does not do. This is true fear depending on the organism they create of course & if & how they are released.

The good news: We are coping with viruses & bacteria the minute we are born...and we do get sick; but not unto death as we come out of it better off....It is a normal process & should not be interrupted or tampered with...We are a fantastic machine & can cope... Vaccines deal with isolated viruses but we are overall coping with multiple viruses/bacteria everyday in healthy doses & can cope with out vaccines much better.....Our immune system is not designed to operate with vaccines delivered by injection either.. Using the route of injection for inoculation is wrong as we are suppose to deal with these as we get them thru the air into our mouth & nose gradually which sets up a great immune response system ; naturally & slowly.....Injection sets up a mock response which is not treated the same way in our immune system.. again not with that type of delivery system for immunization.

With what we really know about the human body‘s immune system today vaccines should be obsolete...It is no different than using oil /gas for machines when we should be using electricity/wind’/water/sunlight.. We have our own human electricity...Just much worse suffering with people!

 The truth of vaccines is that overall they make us weak & sickly...Mass diseases throughout history come from filthy living conditions (humans or animals) & living in squalor or too close conditions like the hulls of ships crossing the ocean in mass; the minute we clean up the messes/dirty living conditions; the diseases & contamination go away by themselves......Did you know that @ one time in history medical workers never washed their hands & the Dr who said they should was shunned...It was years &  many unnecessary deaths before he was proven right about cross contamination...

 Vaccines come out when the cleanup has happened; or @ the tale end & then claim to be the cure rather than cleanliness reducing the number & virulence of the microorganisms (just like cleaning your bathroom)

.A vaccine will deal with one virus; when we are attacked by multiple in our lives... Our bodies are created to cope with these viruses without vaccines...We are ruining our coping system for disease individually & corporately as the human race... If we keep vaccinating... every person reduces their overall immune response to everything coming down the pike...And every country is using them...

What a deceived business packaged as medicine & the poor sincere well-meaning healthcare workers giving care; who are lead around like dogs on a leash by the vaccine company CEOs/& chemists who know this is true...I have to give out vaccines every year for the flu despite what I believe...I do give them as I have no choice for anyone but myself....
